Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. Please contact us directly for assistance with changes to your booking.
Is parking available on-site?
There is plenty of free on-street parking on Orkney Street which is less than 1minute walk from the clinic. Please refrain from parking in the residents only spaces directly in front of the clinic. Govan subway station is also less than 2 minutes walk away from the clinic.
Are there any promotions or discounts available?
At The Secret, we don’t believe in discounting on services as we would never discount on quality or products. Promotional offers run seasonally for Secret Club Members and this is all available to view via socials and also via mass email if you choose to sign up to marketing

For treatments, please bring any relevant medical history details. For events or training, you will receive a checklist of items upon confirmation.
